The Academy Awards ceremony is held in Hollywood once a year, usually in March. Over 40 million people in the USA watch the ceremony on TV, all wondering if their favourite stars are going to be awarded an Oscar.

This webquest is specially designed for cinema lovers who want to make a tour around the history of the Oscar awards and the world of celebrities in Hollywood’s glamorous catwalk, the “red carpet”.
